Book A Brewery Tour
Undoubtedly the prettiest brewery in all the world.
For the first time in our 159 year history, we are throwing open the doors of our historical tower brewery for official tours.
A mile from Stow-on-the-Wold, Donnington Brewery is based within heartland Cotswold country with the Brewery lake feeding into the River Dickler. This is a great opportunity to see the full process and visit behind the scenes. Donnington Brewery is the only existing Brewery using a waterwheel to power all the original equipment.
Our guided tour of the historic brewhouse follows the traditional process from the raw ingredients through to tasting a few halves with a complementary Donnington glass.
Three tours every Friday
Tours run every Friday at 10am, 12 noon and 2pm allowing time to enjoy lunch in one of our fantastic local pubs.
The tour starts and ends at the entrance to the Brewery.
FREE parking is available in the brewery's car park at the entrance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to receive people with mobility problems or walking sticks on our tours as our historic brewhouse has a lot of steep steps. If you are unsure please call us in advance and we will be more than happy to advise you.
Young adults, ages 13 and up, are very welcome but they must be accompanied by an adult.
For younger children please call to discuss. We request a maximum of 2 children per adult, to be supervised at all times. Any very young children in arms to be in a baby carrier.
Please click on the link above for full details and to book online.
We look forward to welcoming you to Donnington Brewery.
